I've always thought them to be a product of the mid to late 1990s - and exploded in the 2000s. What's your experience with them? Check out this listing - one from 1990?

I come across those tags from time to time. I always assumed they were mid-late 90's. They don't look like a late 80's (or 1990)design, especially with it being pre-NAFTA "Made in El Savador". I need to go through some old shirts & look for these tags.

Yeah I'm thinking the seller/artist mixed up their tees/story. Never seen a double tag that early.
