Keith Richards, Rolling Stones on front, "Rip This Joint" East Coast Ghost on back - Jerzees.

What is East Coast Ghost? I assume this is a bootleg, any idea of when from, and value? Thanks.

I'd say this is a mid to late 80s shirt. No idea where from, Rip this Joint is a Stones song from Exile. You could probably get $50 for this if you're patient.
