Kinda need some opinion about this piece.
Dimensions is 23 x 31
Cut Tag but I think that it's Brockum.
One thing that threw me off is the side seams
Some say it's Legit and some say its off.
Would appreciate your input about this.

A first glance thought it might be DTG, by the way the print is chipping, but you can see some halftone dots.
I think the tag is a cut Metallica tag.
There are fakes of those however, so cutting it would be a smart move, as a buyer would assume it's a legit tag.
The side seam is interesting, we've just recently begun to delve into side seams.
I think what we need to do is find a match with a side seam.
Also, this exists:
5mv.com/products/metallica-birth-school-metallica-death-distressed-tribute-t-shirt
Now, sometimes these sites use photos of real shirts, so let's also track down the fake version with a Met tag.
Let me know what you find.

I did try to find similar comps for a couple of days to no luck. Also, tried to open the link butjimmyj wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2025 1:05 pm A first glance thought it might be DTG, by the way the print is chipping, but you can see some halftone dots.

it wont work.
Do you think it's probably resized hence cutting the tag off to pass it off as an XL? WDYT?
Was wondering if its off? LMK

It's a tough one indeed. The measurements are also quite lofty, especially the length.
People also used to cut tags off; I did because it irritated my neck.
One thing I will say is that it doesn't match the common fake print-wise - as well as t-shirt construction-wise - so it's definitely not the common fake.
Gut says it's okay, but before I'd make any official call, I'd need to find others with a side seam.
These were printed by Giant too, I've found ones that are single and double double, and found discrepancies between what appear to be legit versions - because they were clearly printed everywhere and anywhere.
