1980 WSOP T-shirt

Post by manofmystery »

Hanes Beefy-T promoting the 1980 World Series of Poker at Binion's Horseshoe Casino in Las Vegas. Shirt is from a historic year. "The Kid" Stu Ungar beat out the legendary Doyle Brunson to win his 1st of 2 Main Event titles. Can't find another shirt like it anywhere online so I'm not sure what to ask. Any advice is appreciated.

Is yellow bad? The print is on the front. I'm not sure how nostalgic poker fans get. I'm sure the real fans of the game would appreciate it especially considering the importance of the year. I know it would've done a lot better back during the poker boom, before the feds torpedoed online poker.

It might just be me but I have always found yellow to be the least desirable color.

Yeah, I'm not sure - something tells me that it's not like baseball fans who seek out the old tees. I would just do a $100 BIN with offers and feel it out. There's a few WSOP vintage clothing items for sale now and they aren't priced high. Include those player names in the title, def. "las vegas." "Binions Horseshoe" you've got a handful of decent keywords.
