Late '80s(?) Bold "Speak Out"

Here again today showing an older Bold "Speak Out" t-shirt promoting the band's 1988 album. I don't know much about hardcore t-shirts, I was wondering if anyone on here can provide insight as to what time period this particular blank may have been used or what the value of this shirt may be. The shirt is printed on a "Just Say Rock!" shirt made in the USA of 100% cotton.

A US trademark search shows that "Just Say Rock" was first used in commerce in 1990, registered for trademark in 2004 and cancelled in 2012.

After sending a message to the JSR Merchandising Instagram I was told that this shirt is from the early '90s. Only now I'm left obsessing over which year between '90-'94 this could've been made!
