Ozzy Osbourne Severed Fingers Rare shirt?

Hi All, Can anyone give me any advise on a price for this one. I've seen it pop up on Ebay on a very rare occasion usually with a fairly steep price tag. As far as I can remember I think it may have been withdrawn from the market, back in the day?
