   2.) Megadeth – Vic Rattlehead
   3.) Motley Crue – Allister Fiend
   4.) Motorhead – Snaggletooth
   5.) Dio – Murray
   6.) Grim Reaper – Grim Reaper

   The last 2 I’m not 100% sure on.
