What I Say: My guess is that they made more than one of these. On the other hand who knows how many of them were able to defect without being caught and sent to Siberia. RARE? Yes. I would be shocked if this shirt sold for the opening bid – just like Soviet government was when their people started cheering for Rocky during his bout with Drago.

What’s interesting is that the writing is not actually Russian…
If you read it phonetically, it would say something like Harlech Davedsoiy of Russeya.
It seems like an English-speaking person designed this shirt by choosing letters from the Cyrillic/Russian alphabet that look like their English counterparts.
Still, a super cool find!
