For general use of the system a login is not required. However, an account is required to participate in our forum and to utilize some features of the marketplace. Registered users are required to provide an email address, username, first and last name as password.

One objective of Defunkd.com is to facilitate transactions between our users and our shop owners. During the purchase process registered users are further required to provide a mailing address. This data is collected solely for transactional purposes and like all information we store, is encrypted. Passwords are never exposed under any circumstance. The remaining credentials are revealed to the applicable shop owner to fulfill an order that has been successfully processed through the system in in conjunction with PayPal.

• We will never ask you for any user ID and password, unless you request us to investigate a situation that requires this access.
• Any personal data that you do choose to give to us is handled in strict accordance with law.
• Defunkd.com will not give, sell, or share any data about you with any person or organization.
• We will never ask you for any banking or credit card details.
• Some of our web pages link to other sites of interest to the vintage t-shirt community. We do not receive compensation for doing so or accept any responsibility for what occurs outside of our domain.
• Having gone through a double opt-in registration, by default, users are added to our system mailing list. It has a functional and highly visible opt-out process.
