Nike Air Revolution (1988)

This was one of the first Nikes that impressed me, the first ones I have a vivid memory of. Not that I ever had them, no way! Too expensive back then and very hard to find in Belgium.
But the memories are in fact from the pair a friend of mine, whose father worked in the US and had sent his son a pair of Revs back in in 1988. We as kids (I was 11 years old, and 11 years back then, you were just a kid, haha) were just fascinated by the ankle strap, and fore most, the visible air unit. I think Nike choose its name very well..the revolution was back then was a revolution… (think about it: a visible air unit? A revolution in itself)

GREAT revolutions, I picked up a couple vintage pairs but they are real small sizes……I’ll trade you, hahahaha
