What we Say: This is tie dye for. The flying eyeball design on this classic tee is the handy work of Rick Griffin, a legendary psychedelic poster artist. Griffin was better known for his projects with the Grateful Dead having created their most popular posters and album covers.

I purchased one of these new in 1989, maybe they re-issued it or something. I’m looking for another, this is how I found your site.

This is similar to one I have but mine is not tie dye. Paper thin though and well worn in. I don’t believe they were manufactured by the same company but I suppose anything is possible. I picked mine up in the early 80s at a thrift store.
