He’s Back! 1223coo = 2011lady1990

Remember when the Defunkd community rallied to report 1223coo (aka happypretty10) to eBay for his his years of abusive refund practices? Thanks to your actions his account was suspended from eBay and his ability to rip-off sellers and use illegal bidding practices was halted. But like most scheisters on eBay he simply started a new account called 2011lady1990 – we all knew this day would come. An inside source has confirmed he’s signed up using a relatives account – the account holder has the same last name (Hotta).

If you are so inclined here’s the link to report him – apparently this now has to be done via the phone:

and you might as well include a link to our original post in the report. Oh, and don’t forget to add his new ID to your blocked bidder list:

UPDATE 8/14/2012: Hotta continues to operate on eBay under 2011LADY1990 and continues to enrage collectors worldwide. Recently  outed for allegedly dealing fake seds shirts. He also seems to be primarily using Yahoo! auctions in Japan to distribute his fakes. To our friends in Japan please beware of seller account PONJP1005 on Yahoo!

Comments have been coming in regularly on three different Defunkd blog posts about him. Lets rally again and use the link above to report his eBay account.

If you look at Hotta’s blog you will notice he steals photos off ebay and sticks them on his blog, and he writes SOLD next to the photo to give the Japanese customers the impression that HE had that item for sale and HE sold it for a high price. But it’s all lies. He’s trying to make himself look like an important vintage clothing dealer. But he’s full of S**T.

Tomiaki Hotta bought some Clash, Ramones, and other punk and rock tees from me. I loved those tees full of my youth memories. Sadly I had to sell em. Put em on ebay and he won the lot. I shipped them all to Japan. Was gutted but had bills to pay and needed $$$ for my kids school fees. Anyways, that CUNT Hotta told ebay he did not get the goods. ebay then froze my Paypal account. Two weeks later they refunded Hotta his money and the shipping fees. And I lost everything. But UPS confirmed Hotta did get my goods and signed for them. But ebay and paypal would not help me as the case was closed. And Hotta got to sell my clothing on Yahoo Auctions Japan.

ugh, I didn’t know this guy was still pulling scams. were you able to actually see the same tees on Yahoo auctions? What ID was he using?

He used the 2011lady1990 name on eBay to buy 7 vintage Tees from me. He has perfect feedback. I had no reason to be suspicious. I knew nothing about his scams. So I obviously I had no need to do any research about him until I got stung.

I only found this blog a couple of days ago. Ad then I searched the name Tomiaki Hotta and found someone had said he was an alcoholic and gambler. And I then found his Yahoo Auction Japan ID which is PONJP1005. On Yahoo Auctions he currently has a 20 negative feedback entries.

I am just as angry with ebay and Paypal. They do not protect sellers from scum like Hotta. We the innocent sellers lose everything to these guys.

What is also tragic about this situation is the fact the Japanese kids who buy Tees from Tomiaki Hotta, from his Yahoo Auctions Japan account or from his OutPut blog, are actually buying STOLEN GOODS.
