Reversed Ozzy Osbourne 1992 Theatre of Madness Concert Shirt

I bought this in a huge lot of vintage rock concert shirts from a collector. We both have never seen this shirt before. It has a very unexpected Harley Davidson label which is consistent with Harley labels from 1992. The shirt seems to be reversed with back on front. It’s clearly a professionally produced period screen print. Can anyone shed any light on this? Email me at americanvintage@comcast.net.
