100% cotton. The tag is marked large. The actual measurements when laid flat are:
Pit to pit: 20 inches
Top of collar to bottom hem in back: 28.5 inches
Great condition! There is a small and faint yellow spot on the front- it’s not too noticeable. You can kind of make it out in the close-up picture of the tag (above the penny).
