It’s a Care Bear parody! 50/50 cotton/poly blend. The tag is marked S. The actual measurements when laid flat are:
Pit to pit: 18 inches
Top of collar to bottom hem in back: 25.5 inches
Excellent condition- there are some minor spots on the back. Other than that it’s perfect! The emblem is an iron-on transfer.
