100% cotton. The tag is marked XL. The actual measurements when laid flat are:
Pit to pit: 23 inches
Top of collar to bottom hem in back: 31.75 inches
Good condition- there is some minor spotting on it (see picture). The spotting seems to be ON the fabric, rather than in it, like there was some tape or something on that spot. It may or may not wash off. There are also some snags on the inside of the collar.
