Good condition- there’s noticeable pilling on the material and the rings on the collar and sleeves are seriously faded, but other than that it’s great.

The tag is marked kids XL. I would say it fits most like a modern adult small- please double check the measurements to ensure a proper fit. The actual measurements when laid flat are:
