Sic Transit Gloria is a latin phrase. Or part of a latin phrase. Most often, it’s referenced as sic transit gloria mundi, which translates roughly as “wordly things are fleeting.” The direct translation is a little more lofty, “thus passes the glory of the world.” Heavy shit. Of course, by leaving off the mundi portion, which translates as “of the world,” the phrase is slightly loftier. And in most circles translates as “glory fades.” Rough. Thankfully, omegared2007 has been safe guarding this shirt for the last 7.5 years. You won’t be getting a roughed up shirt. You’ll be getting a gem. Not bad, right?
