No joke.

I did watch a woman at my gym use the assisted pull up / dip machine as a lat push down machine once. She approached the machine. Set the resistance to the lightest possible weight. Then SAT on the top step. She grabbed the foot rests with both arms and pushed the bar down to her knees. It looked intensely uncomfortable. If I wasn’t at a judgment free zone, I would have spoke with her.

Also, one time, there was this annoying fucking kid at the WPI gym. He rolled in bouncing a basketball. He would lift weights for 15 seconds and then go back to dribbling for 3-4 minutes. It was super annoying. Here I am trying to listen to hatebreed, and this jerkoff is bouncing his basketball. He also had a super high pitch voice, not cool.
