I am certain it is because I have not paid any attention to Quicksand shirts, but I have “never” seen this design before. I am assuming that this shirt was for the 1998 tour in Japan, with the design referencing the Nagano Winter Olympics of that year. Really cool wintery design.
If it was a larger size, i would snag this one.
