Well, once upon a time, it was free. Back when GB did their reunion to “save CBs,” the band screened up a bunch of shirts. They threw them out into the crowd. No cost, no price, just gave them away. potential.suicide was lucky enough to get one. Sort of. If you look at this shirt, you’ll probably be let down. The screen is super crooked, I’ve only ever seen XLs, it’s just not a lot to write home about, you know? But it was free, and it’s a piece of hardcore history. Not too long after the gig, CBGBs was shut down and turned into a John Varvatos Store. I went in there a few months back. I wanted to vomit and punch my eyes out. Nothing gold can stay, obviously. But potential.suicide has a fun story to tell of this gig, and it seems like he had a lot of fun. Good times.
