Seeing this Invasion Strength Team tee makes me sad right now. I was doing shoulder presses at the gym on Thursday and as I was going up I heard a giant “POP” come from the vicinity of my right shoulder. And then there was pain. Needless to say, I was out of the gym the rest of the week. Thankfully after a couple days of icing it feels fine again, but I don’t like missing days. Not gonna look like this guy if you skip days, but then again, if you try to work out hurt you’re not gonna look like him either. You’re just gonna hurt something else. So it was for the best.
