Seller madballmarshall has a No Warning shirt up currently that I swear is a Morgado piece. But Morgado is busy cleaning the lint out of his closets and scrubbing toilets. Instead of Morgado’s banter on dog chains, you’re stuck with me. Now I liked No Warning. Got to see them a bunch, but I bet I don’t like them as much as Morgado did. Here’s what I do know. When the seller says, ” Those who were around during the time of No Warning [know] how great they were live and just how few and far between these shirts are,” he’s grasping for that “rare” straw. These shirts weren’t limited. They were made in the same quantity as any band merch was and is. The only thing that would make them rare is their age. You probably won’t find a lot of people with these shirts in excellent condition. Send this one through your favorite Oxy Clean alternative, and you might be good to go.
Morgado, if you are out there, chime in. We need you buddy.
Update: Just heard a fun fact from my main man, Bob Shedd. Apparently there was a pre-cursor to this tshirt. It featured a picture of a dog behind a fence. However, they couldn’t get a good enough picture so the band had to get someone to draw a picture instead. Pretty cool factoid. Bob may or may not have a print out of the original artwork somewhere. Would like to see that …
