Ok, technically the DT shirt was demo cover artwork, but whatever same difference. Both of these were from really early on, 2003 I wanna say cuz that’s when we did the demo. I always liked the two different blues on the Mental shirt. Obviously the “Get Down” was cribbed from Supertouch, but it was also there because at one point the idea was for me to yell an actual “Get down!” in front of one of the moshes on the 7 inch, I think on And You Know This. Didn’t end up happening though… DFJ and I thought the back ups were being recorded at night so we just hung out at his house til everyone got there… after they had already finished the afternoon of back ups. Whammy. The now classic CC “Bust” on Straight Jacket Mosh got done that day though… <\/p>\n

But yeah, so that’s why Get Down ended up on the shirt design.<\/p>\n
