As always, I turned to Doug Free for the answer, because I know someone is gonna claim this was a deliberate attempt to create eBay gold. He says that they only made 10 because it was a test run to see how the design would look, but it cost more than they hoped so they never made a real run. 8 were sold at the LI gig, the other 2 are owned by band members.
