I think we can all agree that Victory Records has been pretty sketchy over the years.<\/p>\n

If you haven’t read the insane stories about Tony Victory, please do yourself a favor and google it. You’ll find some amazing stories by an ex Victory employee. Like mind blowing stories.<\/p>\n

What really struck me about this auction was the following line:<\/p>\n

This is from way back when they cared about the bands and the scene.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

When did Victory Records ever care about the scene or the bands? Didn’t they constantly screw over ALL of them? Maybe they played more fair with Earth Crisis, Strife and Snapcase in the early 90s, but I would doubt it. Plus, this design smacks of 2001 or 2002. I am pretty sure that was the beginning of the sketchiest time at Victory Records.<\/p>\n

Side note: one time I saw the Victory Records van at my local Best Buy. I went inside to look for something and saw the 3 man van crew jamming out on Rock Band. They looked really stupid. I suppose it goes with the territory.<\/p>\n
