WFT? Spazz shirt

I’m not too sure what is going on with this Spazz shirt hermosa_vintage is selling. I was like, “Hey cool, a Spazz shirt!”. Followed closely by, “Hey wtf, a red Spazz shirt fragment sewed onto a black shirt!” Seems weird and crusty to me. Maybe they sold these like this? Clue me in here people.

    I have this shirt, bought it off some site maybe 2 years ago? That’s just a piece of it sewn onto a black shirt haha.
