I was all set to drop a bid on this Hands Tied crew neck for sale by itsxdead, but it has some weird spots on it. The seller sates nothing about it, but says “NO FLAKES PLEASE”. So there you go! Maybe it’s dandruff or some real dry skin. Offff.

I’ve seen and tried this on in person. i was originally going to buy it from him. Those spots are nothing to be alarmed by. He just has that thing lying around his dirty room.
