Triple Record Release Prints

In the world of prints, matching numbers are cool. Getting 3 prints with matching numbers always increases the inherent value. And usually, AP (artist proofs) are even more valuable.

When Linas dropped these 3 prints for sale at the 3 record release shows, kids were murdering each other to get one. Somehow, I ended up with an Artist Proof of one print. I was pretty happy with it. Others, I have seen with matching sets. I think Kurt Wilson may have the 3 neatly framed. It was quite a classy production.

American Nightmare, Death Threat, Shark Attack. 3 great B9 releases. A real big day for Bridge 9 records, that’s for sure. I’m pretty positive I went to this gig, but my mind is blanking on it. I’m positive it was at the Met Cafe, but I’ve gone completely blank. Someone clue me in. March 18, 2002 (oddly, 3 days prior, I saw an excellent gig at the Palladium, Some Kind of hate, Horror Show, Count me Out, Panic, and American Nightmare). I can’t imagine I would have skipped such a gig …

As far as matching prints go, you’ll have to keep looking. animlstc is selling 2 prints which you could use to make all 3 match, but sadly, no matching numbers there. Keep digging for those matches!
