Count Me Out are a late 90s band (started in 97) that never got the recognition they deserved. Maybe it was their quiet home town scene, but they seemed to slip into obscurity in the last few years. If you asked the current crop of kids about Count Me Out, they would probably stare at you blankly (fuck, they might stare at you blankly anyway “what is this old fuck talking to me for??”).
That’s unfortunate. Very unfortunate. Count Me Out was awesome. Their album stands the test of time (at least over the last 10 years). I’m sure it’ll still stand over the next 10 years.
What say you people? 110 – awesome. Permanent – also dope.

Some more words?
Gave Permanent a zillion tries, never could get into it. 110 is a great record (that I need in my iTunes soon)
appearantly I had 110 in my iTunes already, rockin’ it now
Great band definitely agree about being overlooked
Great band, was luckily enought to catch them once, but they really grown on me after that show. The records are still great after all these years.
permanent is GREAT. love the song on their positive 7″ where it goes “your time came and your time went, you forgot how much this meant.” one of the best generic hc songs i’ve ever heard. prob gonna buy this shirt cause i dont own any cmo gear.
