INSTED! Spaulding is obviously a fan. I don’t recall him going to any of the reunions in 2004 though. Perhaps he was on his way out already. I went. And I had a fucking blast. I think I was 12 when Insted broke up so I never got to see the original go around. But the ’04 shows were PRICELESS. Seriously, check this bill

Some awesome times for sure. Mental shredded the place that night. Desperate Measures played a few tunes. Hell, The First Step was living their dream that night. Steb was in 7th Heaven (the Jessica Biel years). And then Insted flowed some positivity into the mosh, fingers were pointed and songs were sung along. A very crucial night indeed.
