about the design – this was a remake of the first invasion shirt with dogs fighting which happened to be the first shirt I ever made. that thing came out like shit and I always wanted to do an uppdate of it. The opportuniy arose with those invasion reunions. but again this shirt did not come out right :(
Lets clear some stuff up :)
first – the whole invasion security is definitly NOT a nod to skrewdriver. i dont even know what a skrewdriver security shirt is. Invasion + LOC logo = match made in heaven though.
2nd – the “invasion security” print wasnt even supposed to be on this shirt but on the back of the fabled 3rd design that never got made. some lines got crossed and it ended up on this one. this shirt shirt was supposed to be one sided with dogs on the front
3rd – wrong colorway. wasnt supposed to be on black
4th- I dont even own this tee :(
i figure ANY shirt w/ “security” on it is a nod to skrewdriver, even inadvertently. did any other band do that back then?
woah, i just realized something. invasion is a skrewdriver song, morgado used a SS bolt for the “S” in his shirt….invasion is a WP band!

If I remember correctly, Warzone, the A Team and Striking Distance all made security shirts. I googled to find a pic and came across a post on Chucky Edge’s clothing blog with a Bitter End security shirt. A reader on that post made note to the Warzone and skrewdriver versions.
I wasnt implying anything about anyone, just mentioning a similarity between the designs.
(as a side note, the similarity between the Thrashford Security and Skrewdriver Security shirts are…well, they’re basically the same shirt)
