Murphys Law – RIP Chuck Valle

Im more stoked on danpush301’s description than the actual item up for bid. Dude got it at the Sports Palace in New Britain, CT and im stoked cause I was at the show too! I remember it well. Ill let the seller give you the details if you wanna hear about the gig. I just think its kinda cool that like 16 years ago me and that dude were at the same place and now we have another mini connection over this site.

pretty sure the sports palace show was a couple weeks after chuck was killed, i was at a ML show at the tune inn the night after it happened, which was mid july of 1994. they did that little mini tour thing with madball and the toasters, i still have a poster for it somewhere.

I was probably at that murphys law gig at the Tune Inn too. There wernt many Murphys Law gigs I didnt go to. I think thats the tour where I got my first Madball shirt.

  3. This thing has extreme wizard sleeves, much more than the Euro screen stars longsleeves. Tag seems to be the same as my german made BTJ longsleeves I used to own…but maybe those weren’t made in germany after all..?

I was also at the Tune Inn show. I never missed Murphy’s Law when they played there or really anywhere else in CT. I think this show was in August at the Sport’s Palace. I have to look at the flyer. I have the flyer for both shows… one of which is a a giant poster. I’m not sure what the tag is supposed to be. I was never able to make it out. It has an eye and a weird green triangle thing which has XL to the right of it. I have no idea what company it is.

My band played w/ML a lot through the yrs, and we all got to know eachother a little.. I last ran into Chuck when he was in Dripping Goss, and we played a show in Lembo Lake together. He told my bassist and I that he was going to LA to do some work with a band called Downset. Within week or two we got the news he’d been murdered. Senseless and horrible.
