Get High is an underrated Boston band. For some reason I always think of Ant P when I hear of this band. He is the first dude I remember hearing about this band from. They also appeared on an old comp with early Converge. “Boston is Burning” I believe is the name.

Livewire Records embroidered zip up
A few years back, Livewire records made up a batch of embroidered zip up sweatshirts. Ed was kind enough to make me a kelly green version of this at the time. I wore it proudly, and it broke in nicely.
I wish I had that green one still, but I left it on a cruise ship and someone snatched it up. Hopefully some housekeeper on Norwegian Cruise Lines is staying warm with it.
In any case, buy this blue one. It’s nice.
B. Murphy edit: Or buy this maroon one. That’s right, there are TWO livewire zip hoods on ebay right now. How weirdo is that? There were very few made and somehow, years later, 2 are on ebay at the same time. Wild.
Biohazard tales shirt
Yet another Biohazrd shirt. This band is just a blog content goldmine!! who knew? I think this is the tour I saw them at the Springfield Civic Center opening for Sepultura. Lots of metal heads moshing. I went with Ed Heley. That dude was a huge Biohazard head. Probably still is.
