Take Courage – Maine Hardcore Hood

I’ve never heard of Take Courage. No idea, literally, never heard of them.

But this hood is ill looking. It reminds me of the In My Eyes demo tape, actually. I can stand behind some quality Maine Hardcore gear. After all, I did spend 18 years of my life rolling around that state (I’ve definitely been to all 4 “corners.” Wheeeee).

One time my friend loaned me his Strongarm CD. He said that I “would love this hardcore band.” Oooooffffff, SCAMMED!

Where were you? 10.17.99 could be like our generation’s “where were you when Kennedy was shot.” Nah, not really, that belongs to another fateful event in the fall of 2001 (at least for most Americans).

I was really digging this poster. I’m pretty sure I’ve never seen one in person. One time I did see the original mock up of the b9 skull/cemetery poster in Chris B9’s house though. That was cool. Thousands of photos taped up on one of his walls. Quite cool. This poster is obviously more crucial.

Youth of Today yellow Go Veg shirt

This shirt never did anything for me. It looks like a picture of a cow with 3 legs and a barrel of whiskey under its chin. What I do like about it is the fact that it is yellow. I like a yellow shirt once and awhile.

Porcell’s schism reprints

A few years ago(maybe 5 now, I’m not sure) Porcell reprinted the classic red Judge longsleeve and the uber rare project x longsleeve. He did a great job on them, and they are close to the originals.
