As always, ask your questions BEFORE you bid. A little communication should help you sort out exactly what you are looking at. Go ahead and blow that paycheck. I won’t be mad at you.

Andrew Thomas Co – SXE Means I Have No Friends Tee

Is there a real Andrew Thomas? I mean, was there a real person behind this tshirt label, or was Andrew Thomas more of a figurehead much like Tipsy McStagger?

Whoever this fellow is, his shirts sure did litter every distro table and fest in the mid 90s. You couldn’t swing a krishna beaded necklace around your head without striking an Andrew Thomas Co tee. Then all of a sudden, they were gone. Just straight up disappeared. It’s been ages since I’ve actually seen anyone wearing an ATC tee, or even a Devil’s Head tee. What happened to these dudes?

LOL at the phrase on this shirt. Maybe back in the day when “no one” was straight edge, this was relevant, but kids today must look at this and scratch their heads. I mean, I guess I look at it and scratch my head too but for a totally different reason.

Youth Of Today – Go Veg Tee

There’s been a lot of talk about this particular tee on the B9 board. I know some kid was contemplating booting this particular shirt. Not sure how I feel about that, especially with the big rev logo on the back.

I don’t think Jordan would be impressed. He would be impressed if you picked up a real one though. Or maybe he could reprint it. I’d be into that.

Mailbox pickup – Weird Bl’ast! shirt

A few years ago I happened upon this weird Bl’ast! shirt on ebay. It said Bl’ast! on the back with power underneath it. I assumed it was made off the original screens with “the, of and expression” taped off. When I got this shirt in the mail, it had another surprise. It was printed on a Santa Cruz skate shirt.

I am still not certain why/when these shirts were printed, but I can only assume it is related to the Bl’ast! and Santa Cruz poster era.

A few weeks ago, a different variation of this shirt popped up on ebay. Blue shirt with the devil girl as a small pocket print, and the same Bl’ast! “power” logo on the back. This time with the added bonus of a rat. The tag has been cut out, but I am assuming that is was a Santa Cruz shirt as well.

Can anyone shed some light on the rat or the origins of these shirts? Also, can you believe Mr. McKirdy, livewire ceo, will not trade me my shirt back for these 2 gems? Goes to show what kind of Bl’ast! fan he is! ;)
