Agnostic Front Blind Justice Tour 1990. Does artwork get any better than this? AF was always cutting edge with amazing and often times, controversial artwork. This one is definitely more awesome than controversial, of course. You’ve got a giant, winged demon in jack boots and skinhead regalia splattered in blood moshing with cops and chaos. Literally, an ill image. You’ll see this same demon on the Cause For Alarm LP and a few other AF shirts. He was surely a big hit with the scene at the time. Popular enough that he is featured on at least 3 other AF shirts I can think of.
I would assume this shirt was also Sean Taggart art, but I can’t be positive of that. If it’s not Taggart art, it is DEFINITELY based on Taggart work.
1990. How about how great this shirts appears to look even after 19 years?
No Justice Just Us.
Excuse me for a minute while Mr Bane waxes poetically about this hood. Actually, I won’t wax too much. A bunch of years ago, Bane stumbled across the zip hood. For some reason, kids DEVOURED them, like literally paid for them then fully digested them. I had never see a product fly off the shelf so fast. They started with black hoods with white letters and quickly expanded. To this point, you can find hoods in well over 20 colourways and at least 3 different letter applications (sewn, glued AND even a few SCREENED, LOL to the last one). The success of the hoods lead the band to create a limited run of a special color for the band and friends: red hood with white letters. There’s probably less than a dozen of these. And that’s exactly what this auction is selling. Don’t be scared by the zero feedback, new seller. You’ll be happy to know he’s been around the Worcester/Providence scene for years. Maybe you’ve heard of a band called Gandiva? Oh word. (LOL at this youtube video.)
Not exactly a glamor shot, but it works. Help a dude out. Great sweatshirt, great dude.
Right Brigade ruined hardcore. There, it’s now been said on teetilldeath.com (as well as every other blog and message board on the interwebs). I think we can thank Clevo for that phrase.
But beyond that, Right Brigade ruled so fucking hard. Such a great band. And here’s a sweatshirt that lives up their legend. Quality hood based on the original Boiling Point design. FYI The Slapshot tee was based on the Boiling Point design too. This RB hood is not a Slapshot rip off. Not that there’d be anything wrong with that…
I need to toot my own horn on this one. Shoot outs to Owen.
I heard there are only 12 of the Gray “crew” hoodies available, but for some reason I always seem to see more of those hoodies and the “This is Just a Start”” design than this particular design. B-Murph has one, but then again he is the master of all things cotton, so that’s just a given.
LOL.
Also, I NEVER see the grey hoodie. If someone has one, send it to me. Thanks.
