The definition of billingsgate is “coarsely abusive language”. That is exactly NOT what I think when I hear the band Billingsgate. I would venture that this record sold less for Victory than Hi-Fi and the Roadburners. Yeah, it’s that good. Anyway, the Victory completists out there should jump on this tri-bulldogged shirt for sale by whatwassaid. $25 is your ticket in.
savagelacix631 really wants to go to Sound And Fury Fest. He’s selling all sorts of gems to finance his trip. And according to this lot, it looks like he’ll be staying in a 4 star hotel and flying first class. I love this Free Spirit tshirt. Great look. Very collegiate. Hat tip to Kate Bowen on this one. He’s got one of each color so there’s gotta to be at least one you can get into.
This one is obviously the best one. Sharp.
Lend a hand here, folks. Sound And Fury Fest this year. Which is good for the seller, he can restock. I was talking to Rifkin at UB, and he said you will always be able to find the Xed fist shirt. Definitely a classic shirt. Throw the graffiti logo on the front, and you have a winner.
But if you want an even earlier shirt, go ahead and grab THE FIRST ONE from emumelon. I remember when Hoodrack was first selling these. I skipped. I saw navy shirt and ringers. I couldn’t hang with either (yes, it’s surprising. People still buy shirts to WEAR). If I had known there would be grey tees, I would have jumped. D’oh. My loss. Doesn’t have to be yours though. Grab this one.
But instead of ONE blurry shot, Better Than One Thousand tee were a little crisper (I even rotated the images for him …), you would see a pretty crucial show on the back. You’d also be able to read the sleeve print “PHILADELPHIA 4/25/98.” These were sold at this one gig. I couldn’t tell you the significance of the gig as I was not there. Instead, I was in Worcester seeing two shows for free in one night. I snuck into an Assumption College concert (it was a spring concert school event) and then rode my bike to the Palladium to sneak into some other big gig with Less Than Jake on the bill. I only saw one band. Granted, I probably would have preferred to be at this BT1K gig.
