I’ve never professed to be a Converge merch professional. Never claimed that, never will. Those dudes have been going hard for WAY too many years for me to be able to catalog all of it. I just couldn’t do it, especially getting into the game at this point. Good luck, right? So I’ll ask this of all the Converge pros out there. What the hell is going on with this hooded sweatshirt from oftimespast? Is this band approved merch or a hooded sweatshirt with a weirdly placed patch? Someone clue me in. Either way, looks like a GREAT hood. Two thumbs up to giant hoods. Funny hood story. One time I was in Macy’s trying on these giant Champion hooded sweatshirts. The hoods were fantastic. I looked like a cross between a character from a Release EP and Gandalf. I threw up the hood and made a comment to Melissa about being a wizard. An older gentleman walking by commented, “more like a grand wizard.” I took the hood off immediately and didn’t buy one. My dream was shattered.
