Can someone tell me what cappatron is talking about with this description of a bootleg Life’s Blood shirt being billed as an original?

Ebay seller chokekore is selling the last of his shirts, and it looks like this one is going to end very well for him. I knew you guys like this shirt, but I didn’t know you like it THIS much. I would have never imagined that one of these would sell for $190. With four days left. Wowzers.
