The last batch of Black Sabbath tee’s from Finnish seller blasab2008 were visually underwhelming, but definitely rare, as they were band/crew only tees straight from band members collections. This next batch is much cooler visually, but still includes some rarities. Such as this Heaven & Hell tour tee, which features a rare Bill Ward appearance on the back…

Boom. That’s why. Original Mob Rules era Sabbath merch from the collection of an unnamed band member. This one was made by the tour promoter, which sort of makes it sound like this was crew only gear. This next one he straight out says was band only gear (made by the studio while the band was recording, and out of 10), but alas, it’s pretty underwhelming. Same goes for the one below (band/crew only tee from a Long Beach Arena show in 1982).
There might not be a lot going on from a design stand point, but as rarities, this stuff is pretty damn cool. Dunno if it’s $100 starting bid cool, but we’ll see what happens.
Not sure what Type O Negative are looking for “sexy tees?” My guess, not many. But hey, I could be wrong. If you are looking for a “beautiful n sexy” tee, this one’s for you. Symphony For The Devil. Sigh.
I think it’s common knowledge by now that I start my Metal Monday posting spree by searching for Anthrax tees. There’s no good reason for it. I guess I could argue that they make for an easy transition from the usual hardcore tees, what with all the MOSH and attempts at fitting in with NYHC, but really it’s just that I like Anthrax a lot. And this week, I found 3 good tees started cheap right off the bat…
