Bringin’ Me Down.

I really wish killingfvckingtecnology gave more information on this hideous abortion I see before me…

No, not that gross looking skull, the hat itself…

That’s right: a flip brim Judge trucker hat. Yeah. I guess if you’re really into thrash, yet also love Judge, this is something you’d be into, but I look at this and just go “ew, no”. Bringin’ It Down merch or boot, it matters not. Maybe if it was just a plain Judge trucker hat I could find it in myself to live with it, but that NYHC/Judge hammer mess under the brim tips it way over the top and brings me way down.

That Was Sooner Than I Expected.

The Dump Truck shirt auction we showed you yesterday ago isn’t even over yet, but already everyonerage26 has seized on the demand and upped a second one (which already has a bid). Clearly he’s been keeping an eye on the other auction, which is currently at $56, as he’s set his BIN at $50:

I’d be lying if I said seeing this didn’t stroke the flames of my giant ego. But I’m only saying that because if I didn’t, Rifkin would. Better you hear it from me.

Memories Of The Times You Had (With DFJ).

Seller newcopcar has two shirts up that make me think fondly of my Dear Friend Justin. The first is a Conversion Records Hard Stance tee…

DFJ and I were in our first real hc band together: the short lived Turned Away, which was composed of DFJ, myself, and ex-members of Outlast. We didn’t do much; 3 shows (2 of which were far from full sets), 1 demo, and 1 unreleased cover of Hold Your Ground for the All Systems Go comp. This was a cover that DFJ and I actually did not want to record; our preferred choice was Hard Stance’s Discrepancy, the practicing of which usually devolved rehersals into attic room mosh pits to repeat playings of the actual song. DFJ has had my Hard Stance cassette ever since.

Moving on, we come to this Supertouch “The Earth Is Flat” tee…

This one makes me think of DFJ for one simple reason: one of the few surviving DBNO pictures I have is of DFJ rocking this shirt while playing guitar:

You won’t look as good as DFJ did rocking it, but you can certainly try.

John Joseph’s … Biohazard??

We’ve seen excellent Biohazard merch up in the past. Plenty of it. Ebay is in a slight drought now, but you can still find cool Cro Mags rip off. Blatant. And the description from the seller … ugh. “This is a super stylish Biohazard men’s t-shirt size large. The classic Biohazard logo on a black shirt makes this very attractive.” That is quite possibly the SMALLEST Biohazard logo I’ve ever seen. I had to search for it to even have any idea what the seller was talking about. Dig for it, it’s there. Not sure how “vintage” it is either.

Regardless, someone tell Evan Seinfeld to step his game up! I guess the shirt could get some props (not for design) for being autographed by Billy Graziadei. Of course, we have no idea if it’s authentic or not.
