BIN Uniform Choice 4 sided wishingwell records shirt

It has been awhile since we have seen a 4 sided Uniform Choice shirt around these parts. This one looks like it is in good condition, and has the shirt tag. Prices on Wishingwell gear is odd. They have been scarce lately, and they have been going for fairly cheap money. I don’t expect that anyone is going to click the $140 Buy It Now, and I imagine you can grab this for under a hundred.

Holy Bullet Proof, Robin!

I dare you to tell me this shirt is NOT bullet proof. Double dog dare you. 1999. I totally forgot Strife was still a band in 1999. Doesn’t it feel like they broke up in 97? For some reason, they were still a band, but I never saw them come east. I somehow missed all their gigs. Thankfully, in one week, I’ll see them. Hoping for the best. Hoping for non-bullet proof tees …

Check the other auctions from smkraus09 for some other core related gear.

WTF? 99 Problems

Wow. This shirt is … WOW. I don’t know if words can describe it. Initially, I didn’t know much about Thick As Blood, but after a cursory google run, and a myspace lurk, I learned a lot. A couple of factoids: they are a Eulogy Records band. The singer likes to wear gloves. I imagine the gloves are OJ Simpson-esque, “just in case.” They are a band that I suspect B-Roll has spent time hanging with. Finally, I’m 99% certain after watching the video that they probably played the Worcester Metal & Hardcore fest. That’s their style.

As for william7420, I’m hope he is living up to his seller name. 420 everyday. I can’t imagine how else someone would think selling used flip-flops on ebay is a GOOD idea. And not just one pair but TWO pairs.

X-Rated GB406

colinmurphy00 (no relation) has a good one up. A pretty fresh looking Swatch X-Rated from way back. 1987 to be specific. Swatch didn’t release these specifically with the youth crew in mind, but it worked. Youth Of Today, Bold, … the whole crew was sporting these. Smart look!

What out for this crack near the pin. This could end up screwing you. Well, not completely screwing you. Lots of people have attempted to fix broken cases by super gluing the strap in place. That usually works. Actually, it might not be a bad idea to coat this crack somehow before giving it any heavy wear. The BIN on this watch seems high because of the crack. We shall see.

The x-rated above does NOT come with the original band. Do not, and I repeat, do NOT get the pulsometer (ga106) band and think it will work. It’s very much a light grey and looks goofy. Save your money. You can trust me on this one, as I tried it. Found a cheap pulsometer (like $15 shipped), and tried a band swap. It wasn’t good. You’re better off hitting up squiggly.com where they have the band IN STOCK now.

But maybe you aren’t down with the edge. That’s ok. I’m not going to judge you. Perhaps you’d like this one more. The Marmorata (GB119), also from 1987. Am I the only one, or does this resemble a certain Joy Division cover? Peter Saville should get a cut of these sales …
