Turning Point shirt

Does anyone out there in Tee Till Death land have a story about this shirt? It screams Lost and Found/bootleg to me, but I have been wrong before. Very wrong.

I mean any Turning Point shirt is cool and this one is no exception. I would however watch the comments and see if anyone can shed some light on this particular one.

Crown Of Thornz shirt

The seller of this shirt describes it as a

“Limited Run”

I’m not sure if that means it is a fan made bootleg or a limited run for a reunion show. Either way, all I want to know is where I can get an XL.

Dan Natola from Bodega

Before Dan co-opened one of the most celebrated sneaker/gear spots in Boston, Bodega, he was an artist on the grind. He was down with lots of Worcester heads and was well known for his “art” skills in and around the area. Before he collaborated with Puma, New Balance, Converse, Reebok, …, he was working with Bane. Below are two designs he did for the band. Mind you, the original designs go back to 98. The tshirt below is likely from one of those first batches. Later, EVR would use the graphic for promotion. They might still be using it today, actually.

This hood also features an ee cummings logo on the back. This one is actually a later reprint. I can tell* because the graphic Dan created does not have the white outline from the first screening. The original hood was from 1998/99. This one is from 2000 and does NOT feature a sleeve print. It also came on a maroon hood, whereas the original solely came on navy blue.

Shout outs to Dan because he’s a head and a genuinely down to earth dude. To this day, he’s definitely still a “hardcore kid.”

* because I’m a nerd.
