There is a story behind the Public Enemy shirt.
I don’t know, but someone must. Please share it.
If only more people were like Flava-Flav …

go_to_the_net brings it. Brings it bright and purple.
This tshirt smacks of Grimace, but oddly, I own and LOVE a Burn shirt in the exact colorway. Very odd.
Purple and giant X’s just feels like some weird Attack! Attack! vibe. I prefer this shirt on black. That’s for sure. I don’t recall Mouthpiece selling any purple jams at their reunion gigs. Weird.
I always find it amusing when sellers list used items for sale that are still available new.
available today.
Now, perhaps you don’t mind a used tee. I’m not against them. I have plenty of them. But most of my used tees are over 5 years old. Not under 5 months.
Then again, perhaps you are looking to save a few bucks. If you live in the US, the new Triple B logo shirt would cost you $12 shipped, the used one could be as cheap as $9 ($5 shipped first class for a tshirt is pretty much highway robbery. That’s the cost of priority, really).
So you decide. New shirt for $12. Or the used shirt for (potentially) $8.99.
When I think of Cornerstone, I think of Fastbreaks older brother. But that’s my generation. Older heads probably think about a youth crew band that kept the spirit alive in Connecticut post Wide Awake / Up Front. Younger kids … well, younger kids are probably just scratching their heads. They’ve probably never even heard Beating The Masses. Which is unfortunate. I’d wager most would recognize the cover art. Sadly, I feel like I see this gatefold lp in most record bins I dig through.
As for the hood, I’d also guess this one has Lost & Found written all over it. I know, no wizard sleeves, but the color and font bear a striking resemblance to that split EP with Unit Pride.
Or is that just me? Any Lost & Found “fans” want to clue me on this one? Or Toby, if you are out there, fill us in.
