Chain Of Strength shirt

I’m not a huge fan of this Chain Of Strength shirt that newcopcar is selling. Give me a Chain X of strength shirt over this one any day of the week. The seller gives a good description however,

“You are bidding on an old CHAIN OF STRENGTH shirt. Classic “X-less/Has the edge gone dull” design. Tough to remember exactly what year this is from but I’d guess 1990. There’s quite a few resources documenting every possible variable in Chain O’ shirts, so you can probably perform some Hardcore Forensics on this with minimal effort. Shirt is a HANES BEEFY-T brand XL, 100% cotton, and measures about 21.5″ from armpit to armpit and about 24″ from collar to hem. I attempted to get a nice photo of the tag, but it looks like crap. Has some wear, appropriate for a shirt of its age, fading and cracking to the screen as is visible. Nothing especially heinous in the way of discoloration. Did you guys see that Chain shirt that sold a couple weeks ago? Whoa.”

Now this is a Sheer Terror shirt

Now this is what I’m talking about. Seller newcopcar has listed a real Sheer Terror tour shirt. This one is much better than the bootleg one we posted earlier this week. I don’t think you will find anyone who will disagree. I also just noticed the screw/ball on the back of the shirt. Love it.

Since it worked so well for me last time, I’m gonna let newcopcar speak for himself.

“Seriously, are you kidding me with this shirt? SO COOL. ORIGINAL Side By Side t-shirt with the “puffy” logo on the front. What a great, great band these guys were, and this shirt is just perfect, essential Youth Crew design. Shirt is a STEDMAN Super Hi-Cru brand L (tried to take a good tag photo, failed at that), 100% cotton, and measures about 20″ from armpit to armpit and about 24″ from collar to hem. The shirt’s a bit faded, as you can see by the photos, but still in pretty decent shape for a shirt from the late eighties. See pics for closeups of the screens. I just love the LL Cool J logo and the classic Youth Crew live shot.”

Uniform Choice A Wish To Dream shirt

Seller newcopcar has listed this Uniform Choice “Wish To Dream” shirt. I’ll let the seller explain why he doesn’t know if it’s original or not. What I will say is that this could be a nice scoop if you were looking for one of these to wear daily.

The seller states

“You are bidding on a UNIFORM CHOICE t-shirt. I’ve had this baby for awhile (as you can tell from the pit stains; try some Oxyclean!), but I honestly can’t tell you if this is a legit one or a boot. I can tell you it’s old; it has that feel of those 50%/50% Screen Stars shirts from the late ’80s/early ’90s. Not that that helps in deciding whether this is legit or a boot, but it might help date it. Sadly, no sleeveprints. Boo. To complicate things even more, the tag has been removed. Again, boo. The shirt measures about 20″ from armpit to armpit and about 21″ from collar to hem. Usual wear, some fading and cracking to the screen as is visible, but nothing too offensive except for those pesky pit stains. Lil bit o’ Oxyclean fix you right up, kid! Again, don’t mean to sound like a sketchy seller who is deliberately evasive and vague, but I do know that this shirt is old (not one of those recent Italian bootlegs or something someone’s selling on their Big Cartel page), but I don’t know if it’s a legit shirt from the band or Wishingwell.”
