Metal Monday Megadeth.
There are several Megadeth tees like this one being sold by necrosindy69 swimming around the ‘bay right now, but those are of a more recent vintage. Which is to say, they aren’t. But I’m pretty sure this one is. Why? The oh so 80s hair bestowed back print, of course.
