The seller has this billed as one of the first Sick of it All sweatshirts. While I do not know if this is true, I would say it would make a good winter beater sweatshirt for $20. This sweatshirt is from the Just Look Around era I believe.

SOIA long sleeve tee original??
Seller states this is from 1989 but buyer beware there really is no way to verify this since the tags have been cut out. This shirt had been reprinted in recent years a ton of times. This particular shirt has slight cracking so who knows. Roll those dice and maybe catch a deal
