I have the Mouthpiece version of this. Same shirt, same color scheme, same embroidered job over the pocket. I haven’t looked at it in years because it’s in a bin in the basement (probably folded neatly under my Mouthpiece baseball caps). I think New Age made them, and if I recall correctly, there is a tiny New Age records logo screenprinted somewhere on the shirt.
mid 90s was all about work shirts (and gas attendants jackets), i have a lifetime one. and ive seen tons of others. not sure why they were popular, but i was into it
