Straight edge shirts seem to come in highs and lows. Mostly lows. Sometimes you see a shirt, and you just have to cringe. This first shirt is that case.
Other times, you see a shirt, and you just want to go surfing all day. This one could have been airbrushed at the jersey shore. Actually, I can’t tell if it’s a screened shirt or if it’s really an airbrushed tee. In my mind, I imagine it was airbrushed. Think how much cooler that would be. Just picture a young edgemin walking down the boardwalk checking out the shops, hitting up the airbrush joint and having the long haired airbrush artist hook him up SXE style. Great look.
Don’t miss out on that second one. And if anyone knows if it’s Andrew Thomas Co or Devils Head, let me know.
A well know NJ coreman and incredible graffitti artist used to work at one of the airbrush shops at the Point boardwalk back in the day. He did a lot of stuff like this, perhaps this is one, though I doubt it.
